Steven has today off work in honor of Veteran’s Day. I took Friday off work because I had gigs last week! Like I mentioned earlier, Last week I had rehearsal on Tuesday for the San Fernando Valley Symphony again. Wednesday and Thursday I rehearsed with the Redlands Symphony, which is 70 miles away. I knew I would be fried by Friday and so I took the day off. Saturday I had a dress rehearsal and concert in Redlands, and a matinee concert in Fallbrook on Sunday. Fallbrook is 110 miles away, and is in between San Diego and Temecula. All in all it went well and was fun, but extremely tiring!We are preparing the house for Steven’s parents, who will be coming on Wednesday for about 2 weeks! We are looking forward to hosting Thanksgiving and having family here to share it with.
