This past weekend Steven and I flew to Florida to visit family and attend his 10 year high school reunion in Vero Beach. We flew all day Friday, landing in Orlando. Steven’s parents picked us up and we drove to Vero Beach.

Saturday morning Michael and Keri held a housewarming party, giving us the chance to see their new house and the Vero family all at the same time!

After the party Steven and I went to the beach to find people from his reunion group. We never found them, but had a nice time walking around.

Saturday night we attended the reunion, and Steven had a good time reconnecting with people he hadn’t seen in 10 years.

Sunday morning we drove down with Steven’s parents to the Ft. Lauderdale area, where the Romano family were all gathering for brunch. We hadn’t seen them all together since Mike and Keri’s wedding, and we were thrilled to spend time with them.

We flew out of Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport, and it was a smooth trip back to LA. A whirlwind trip, but well worth it.
