October’s almost gone!
Steven has been working very hard launching stuff for the 2010 Winter Olympics. This week was full of big meetings with big bosses.
Victoria went back to teaching at a couple of schools, and is doing oboe coaching at two schools in Calabasas in addition to teaching private lessons.
We saw Guys and Dolls at the theater in Thousand Oaks where I did The King and I last year, and had a great time!
Victoria played in a masterclass by Peter Cooper, principal oboe of the Colorado Symphony.
Between work and rehearsals, we were able to spend time with some of the “young people” from church choir this weekend, and had Bernadette over (Apollo just loves her).
Victoria spent all day on Sunday canning, making Persimmon butter and Persimmon Freezer Jam.
We are actually dressing up for Halloween, pictures from this weekend will be posted next week sometime.
And now you are caught up!
