I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Steven and I had a lovely, quiet Thanksgiving with Apollo and a really large turkey. We got a turkey from the grocery store Ralphs for $.37 a pound!

We did a little shopping and errands this long weekend, and were happy to see Jessi in Redondo Beach.

I start with lots of gigs all over the place next week, starting in Santa Barbara on Wednesday. As we look forward to Christmas in this Advent season, we think of the words from the hymn “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel:

O come, O come, Emmanuel
And ransom captive Israel
That mourns in lonely exile here
Until the Son of God appear
